Fish Benefits for Health

Animal food is quite helpful for human body. Even doctors recommend people to eat animal foods. Some people don’t like animal foods and some people enjoy it. From my point of view one should eat animal foods like meat, chicken, fish etc because of its so many health benefits.

There are so many sea foods like fish, craps etc. I am going to discuss about the health benefits of fish today because in between all sea foods, fish is the first choice of most of the people. Fish are of many types but white fish is quite helpful for our health.

Fish contains so many nutrients like vitamins, proteins, minerals, fatty acids. Because of these nutrients, fish is helpful to prevent health diseases and also helpful for the treatment of various health disorders like blood pressure, heart diseases etc.

White fleshed fish is the best one in between the all fish. It is a low fat food with very high proteins. It’s quite lower in fats than other sea foods. Si white fleshed fish doesn’t cause any type of fat problems.

If you eat fish on regular basis then you will less prone to diseases than people who don’t eat fish on regular basis. Research shows that children who eat fish about 3 times in a week have less chances of asthma than other children.

Fish is quite helpful for brain. People who eat fish frequently have sharper brain than other people. Also fish is quite helpful for you eye sight. In ancient time the best home remedy for low eye sight was the soup of fish.

So guys what the hell you are waiting for. Eat fish to make your brain sharper and to avoid various health disorders.
