Natural V/s Readymade Vitamins

It’s well known fact that vitamins are very much necessary for better health. The deficiency of vitamins may cause health problems. You can get vitamins from pills and also form natural foods. These vitamins are not same. There is a difference between vitamins from natural foods and vitamins from pills.

Vitamins from pills are not similar to the natural resource vitamins. Pills of vitamin are an invention of scientists. They may have some side effects on human body. They are not complete source of vitamins. In emergency, you can take these vitamin pills but only after consulting with your doctor.

Natural foods contain vitamins as well as co workers. These co workers are helpful for the vitamins to work. There is no chance of side effects from these types of vitamins. Also vitamin pills need nutrients for their working.

So avoiding these vitamin pills is better for your health. Try to take healthy and balanced diet daily. Balanced diet in necessary to get all vitamins needed by our body. Try to take green vegetables and fruits in heavy amount.

Eating foods rich in vitamins also help you to fight against the diseases. Vitamins plays an important role in fighting against external virus and also help to heal your body as fast as possible.

Vitamin pills may have some serious side effects also. Vitamin A supplements may increase the risk of death by sixteen percent. Also vitamin E supplements increased the risk of an early death by four per cent.
