It’s a dream of everyone to look much beautiful or handsome at the occasion of marriage. Don’t you dream about it guys? I hope you all dream about it. Mostly girls are more curious for that. For every people day of wedding is the happiest day of his/her life. If you want to look healthy and beautiful, you should take care of yourself before one year of your marriage. I am going to discuss some tips for brides.

For women it’s very necessary to be in shape. Body curves are also necessary for the women. Body curves enhance your sex appeal. It’s much necessary to take care about your diet, exercise routine for getting a beautiful face and also healthy body.

Start taking care about 1 year before your marriage. So before one year, try to give up junk foods as soon as possible. You can replace your junk foods with vegetables, fruits, juices etc. It will help you to improve your immune system the most.

Start drinking about 2 liters water daily. If you can drink more than that go ahead. It will help you to keep your skin hydrated. You can also go with some exercises also.

About 6 months ago, Try to get plenty of sleep so that your body feel relaxed. You should take 8 hours sleep daily. You can take even more if you can.

Try to maintain yourself with natural things. Don’t depend on the make up products totally. Natural beauty remains forever than make ups and all that readymade stuff.

Meditation is also a best option to be healthy and cool. Find an open space full of fresh air for meditation. Doing meditation early in the morning is quite helpful for your body to be fit and fine.
