Tips to Stay AwakeStay awake through whole night is not an easy task for anyone. It’s a dream for studious guys to awake through whole night. Some guys have to stay awake through the whole night because of some reasons like office, night classes etc. As we all know stay awake is not an easy task. But also it’s not impossible too. Some of the tips are to stay awake are given below.

Tips to Stay Awake

If you are trying to awake, drink lots of water because Dehydration can make you sleepy most of the times. Also if you drink lots of water you need to go to bathroom and it will males you awake easily.

Exercise can also help to awake yourself. In exercises you can take a short walk in the open environment or you can dance on your favorite music or also you can take a little bath.

Eating choosy food is also must to wake up. Never eat junk foods if you want to wake through night. Apple is the best one for the guys who want to awake.

Taking breaks is also a best option. Your brain needs rest after some period of time. Its better to make a schedule of your time for better results. Take break only for 5 to 10 minutes not more than that. It can break your concentration.

Don’t sit on bed or in a horizontal position if you really want to awake through whole night. Use a chair and a table for better results. Also don’t try to take a break in horizontal position. It can make you sleepy.

Try to brush your teeth and also wash your mouth after some period of time again and again.

Keep the room bit cold to wake up.

If you are traveling with some one in the night try to make them talk. It’s the best way to keep awake while you are driving.
