Nowadays most of the people are not able to take proper sleep because of various health issues like heavy work load, stress, tension etc. Some tips for better sleep are given below.

Useful Tips

Making  a sleep routine is the best way for better sleep. Try to go to bed at the same time daily and try to wake up at the same time daily. It will help your body to feel better.

Before 2 hours of going to bed, don’t do any type of exercises. Exercising increases blood flow and wakes you up. Try to be relaxed before going to bed.

Try to make last hour before bed is as peaceful as possible. Try to go with interesting movie or interesting talks with your family members.

Try to avoid alcohol and tobacco as much as possible. Alcohol and tobacco abuse upset a person’s natural sleeping rhythm. Also stop drinking during the day time for better sleep time.

Take bath before going to bed. You will feel more relaxed and also it will help you to feel sleepy as soon as possible.

Take a glass of milk before going to bed. It will help you to feel sleepy as soon as possible.

Try to make your bed room quite, calm and dark. Use it only for sleep purpose not watching TV, surfing the Web, chatting on the phone or playing video games etc.

Love making is also help you to feel sleepy. It helps to relax your body.
