There are so many sea foods like fish, craps etc. I am going to discuss about the health benefits of fish today because in between all sea foods, fish is the first choice of most of the people. Fish are of many types but white fish is quite helpful for our health.

Fish contains so many nutrients like vitamins, proteins, minerals, fatty acids. Because of these nutrients, fish is helpful to prevent health diseases and also helpful for the treatment of various health disorders like blood pressure, heart diseases etc.

If you eat fish on regular basis then you will less prone to diseases than people who don’t eat fish on regular basis. Research shows that children who eat fish about 3 times in a week have less chances of asthma than other children.
