Obesity leads to the pregnancy problems in the women. Excessive weight is the major problem of concern in women as it makes them infertile. The reason behind increasing rate of obesity in the women is due to the unhealthy eating habits (excessive intake of fatty foods) and lack of physical activity. If you food junkie and are taking about 6 to 8 meals in a day, then you need to cut it down to 4 to 5 meals in a day. Avoid the non vegetarian items like meat because they are responsible for the excessive weight gain problem. Along with the controlled diet increase the intake of the fluids as they will help you to increase the metabolism rate of the body, which would ultimately lead to the weight loss. So, start following the controlled diet regime for the desired weight loss.
