Sleeping is necessary for health. No one can stay alive without sleeping. Without sleeping you can’t do anything better. Sleep is useful for concentration on your work, for repairing of damaged body’s cells. Also lack of sleep may lead to various health disorders like diabetes, cardiovascular diseases etc.
Lack of sleep may result to death. A research on rats shows how important the sleep is for every live thing. Generally rats live about 2-3 years. But if rats do not have sleep then they live only about 5 weeks. Lack of sleep can also create mental problems.
Sleep is necessary for Your heart and cardiovascular system. Sleep helps to reduce stress, inflammation in your body High levels of ‘inflammatory markers’ are linked to heart attacks, heart disease and strokes. Sleep also maintains your blood pressure.
To concentrate on your work, sleep is very necessary. People having no sleep can not concentrate on their work properly. Sleep is also important for the formation of memory.
Important hormone production is regulated during sleep; in children, human growth hormone (HGH) is released during deep sleep. Insufficient sleep can affect hormonal balance in adults as well.
Sleep is necessary if we want to keep our body strong and healthy, help our brain stay sharp and focused, live longer, improve our memory, keep our emotions positive, healthy and balanced.
