How to Take care of Teeth
Teeth are one of the major requirements of our body. Imagine yourself without teeth. It’s quite horrible. Teeth are the hardest part of our body. Without teeth it’s not easy to eat foods and all that. Tooth care is very important to get healthy teeth and keep your body healthy. Because food is necessary for our body and teeth are required to eat food.
Take healthy diet for better teeth. Vitamin C is an important one for your teeth. So take foods rich in vitamin C. Also be careful while consuming citrus fruits. It may damage tooth enamel.
After eating clean your teeth with tooth brush. Try to clean your teeth twice in a day or even thrice in a day. You can brush your teeth early in the morning. After lunch and after dinner. After dinner it’s necessary one. Don’t eat anything after doing brush at night.
Teeth decay can happen if you drink tea or coffee regularly with more sugar. Eating sweetened cereals dry is bad for teeth, always add milk.
Visting the dentist regularly is a good habit to keep your teeth healthy. Dentist can take care of your teeth by removing plaque from your teeth, reduces bacteria from your teeth which leads to prevention of tooth decay and also gum disease.
Tobacco products are also harmful for your body. Teeth turn black if we use tobacco products regularly. So try to avoid tobacco products in access. Tobacco may also cause cancer of mouth or throat. Also avoid chewing hard objects. Don’t open cold drinks or bears with your teeth. It may lead to cracking of teeth.
You can use Hydrogen Peroxide to decrease bacterial infections of teeth. Mix it with water in equal amount, swish this mixture in your mouth for one minute and spit out.
